Less particle effects from buffs...

I don't mind a little neat effect whenever I get a buff but seriously, with certain buffs like Song of Valor or Courage I look like a pink Super Sayen! I also appear to have a stupid amount of special effects from weapon enchantments and momentom being active...

I don't want the effects removed altogether as I like a visual sign of when the buffs are active (Besides the teeny tiny icon) but I dislike the stupid amount of particles pouring off my character 24/7. And I'd rather have the buffs ON so I don't waste time before and after combat flicking through my party and turning the buffs on or off, so no "Just dispell the buffs lol" thank you =P

Are there any mods or options that -reduce- the special effects of perminant buffs?

Thank you.

I ues this, and LOVE it: "Dragon Age Rules Fixpack".

Extract from Description:

Some key components of this version include:

o Shale's Rock Barrage is working now!

o New tweak component to disable ALL modal ability graphics! Compatible with almost everything out there!

o Automatically apply party buffs to new summons and resurrected party members!

o Item set bonuses apply immediately when party members are swapped in! No need re-equip!

o Autolooting of randomly generated treasure without bringing up loot UI!

o Party Rogues will automatically help out with lockpicking & disarming trap after you fail!

I'm not too good with PC talk: "New tweak component to disable ALL modal ability graphics" means that the buff effects will be disabled I take it?

The "graphics" will be disabled/modified, not the buff effects themselves!

But IIRC, many (most?) of them are further tweakable (to a certain extent). I know, for example, that in the vanilla game the Rogue talent "Stealth" (which I use frequently) results in the PC becoming semi-transparent and sometimes almost invisible in a crowded setting. When the Rules Fixpack is applied, the body model stays fully visible, but the equipped weapons/shields become hazy clouds, indicating that the character is "stealthed" in a much less annoying manner!
