Open Cities/Solitude Expansion Patch (details inside)

I've recently been rebuilding my game using some new mods. Open Cities has been the cornerstone for my game since it came out and I'm really psyched to use Dawn of Skyrim with it thanks to nonoodles. I've also found another mod that makes Solitude even better; Solitude Expansion.

However there's a few bugs even when not using Dawn of Skyrim and the patch. The cliff encroaches on some the additions Solitude Expansion introduces. The alternative entrance into Solitude is also broken, it works going up, but not down, and after going up there's a rock blocking the passageway.

The ID's of the rocks are as follows : Cliff = 0006e76d, Alternate Entrance Rock = 0900fb9e.

These were obtained using the following load order (mainly so I could use Alternative Start to get into the game quickly):

Skyrim.esm

Update.esm

Unofficial Skyrim Patch.esp

Dawnguard.esm

Unofficial Dawnguard Patch.esp

Hearthfires.esm

Unofficial Hearthfire Patch.esp

Dragonborn.esm

Unofficial Dragonborn Patch.esm

Solitude Expansion.esp

Open Cities Skyrim.esp

Alternate Start - Live Another Life.esp

OCS + Hearthfire Patch.esp

Would it be possible for somebody to create a patch? I have some modding ability, but patches are just beyond my understanding on this scale.

Many thanks for your time.

Please read what It is written on Open Cities' page.

"Generally speaking, any mod which adds things to the closed cities will be incompatible."

Hence the term "patch". Many closed city alterations have been patched to work with Open Cities; trust me, I've tried most of them and am very familiar with Open Cities documentation.

Fact is Solitude Expansion only modifies the exterior anyway, it's just a few bits are interfering with the Open City.

Thanks for your time though!
