martinthemage
I just started a new character, and like always the general NPC disposition is around 40. After finding Ernil's body in The Corpse And The Skooma Pipe questthe journal didn't update so I did this manually. Then when I went into Tsiya's house, there was no dialog options to give her the note, so the quest basically failed, so I reloaded another save and gave up the quest. Now, everyone I've been talking to in Balmora has a disposition of only 25, when it used to be 40  I do have my clothes on underneath my armor, and I dropped the skooma pipe behind the gates but the disposition is still low. My characters not a theif, has no bounty, hasn't commited a crime, etc. I did kill someone on a quest, but that was part of the quest. Any ideas why this has happened? I'm gonna get really bad deals from the shops :( Edited February 23, 2011 by martinthemage
ReALty
Has your Personalty been damaged by spell or disease? Does everyone hate you or just certain factions? I don't think the Skooma pipe quest would have anything to do with it.
Ozrabl98
It's some sort of bug. I had the same issue a long time ago. Try going back with a save game, however It can be an error or corrupt save. If you can't do that then whenever you want to talk with somebody:1.Open the console and click on the NPC2.Type in "Setdisposition [number]" ([number]=any number you want depending on your personality)3.Close the console. However you will have to do that with every NPC in the game you want to talk to, but only once.
