bug on (unarmed) damage display

Hej guys.

 

I recently started Skyrim with a Khajiit. Where I encountered a strange bug: Most time, I got a 62 when I have no weapons equipped and look into my inventory. I can fix by equipping a onehanded weapon in both hands but after two steps, I got the 62 again. Though the actual damage seems normal (It is normal for Khajiit to kill a wolf with one paw, yes?)

I never noticed it with my older chars (Argonian, Breton, Nord) only with her, though they could already been there.

Using google didn't help, either. (Or maybe I'm to dumb to use it properly..) Reinstalled Skyrim anew but the bug persists, so I thought it may be a problem with some mods conflicting with each other, butI have no clue which one causes this..LOOT says, load order is ok

Files marked with * are 'dirty' whatever that means..

 

Using 'resurrect' via console fixes this bug, but deletes every passive effect on my char and has to be reused every time I load the game..

 

Edit: I encountered a second bug: I get 20 stamina instead of 10 per level..
