First person view help

i get this pov when in first person

but i don't have the mod that adds this and i really need help getting rid of it this is my load order

That is Enhanced camera and it does not have an ESP so it will not show up in your mod list. Go to data->OBSE->plugins and delete the enhanced camera.ini and dll.
