Normalize ATan2

I've looked at various ways of normalizing ATan2 yet don't know what I am doing wrong.

 

I'm sure it's something silly but any help greatly appreciated

Not to worry, I've since found there are problems doing it this way regardless of any Pythagorean solutions.

 

Replacing GetDistance with a GetDistanceXY increased precision from around 1000 game units to around 25.

25 seems to be too low due to GameMode latency.

 

It can simply do bounds checks on the markers and player every several seconds; also reducing overheads considerably.
