I dont know if there is already a list for this, but since the new OBGE 4.0 (Oblivion Reloaded) I was wondering if I have covered all the best graphic mods that you can install :smile:

Tons of texture replacer options. You have some good ones in your list already, but there are more. AmpolX packs, Insanity Sorrows packs, just to name two.
