Fallout 3 crashing a lot

i have a good pc so its not my computer i think its a mod the last mod i downloaded was the ACR mod and CALIBR a ammo mod that is needed for the ACR mod i don't know what to do i downloaded two mods to help with crashing and i even used the tg command with turns grass of and on but still nothing it crashes when i try and save or when i try to enter a building or town i don't want to delete any of the mods that i have there has to be a way around it i need help pleas if anyone knows a way pleas tell me.

Learn to read completely plz, if you dont you'll never fix your problem. Its for both as they use the same game engine, and even goes on to tell you which program is for each.
