Failed to parse esp file

Hey guys, this is my first post here, so forgive me if I have not posted all the info you need.

The problem is is that whenever I run LOOT from MO, it sorts out the load order for me, but at the bottom of MO(in the white dialouge box) I get a message(indicated by an orange lamp) that says, " failed to parse esp file D:\MoS\Games and other Programs\The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim\Mod Organizer\mods\Unofficial Skyrim Patch\Unofficial Skyrim Patch.esp: sub-record incomplete "

Skyrim seems to run as though nothing happened, so why does the message pop-up everytime? Is it harmful?

Umm, its not an orange lamp but rather an exclamation mark in an orange circle

I have the same problem, I've done some research and found out that it's happening because I'm using the old version of MO, try getting the latest version which at the time is 1.3.11 , sadly I'm WinXP user so it won't work for me and it really sucks, any advice on how to fix it on WinXP will be appreciated... maybe it could be the reason why I got 2 BSOD(blue screens of death) while playing skyrim.
