I suggest you get FormID Finder or RefScope, so you can easily determine from which mod the building originates and find the path of its mesh and/or textures. (If either of those tools are present, I missed them in my quick scan of your load order.)

 

I'd guess this problem could be the result of a bad or missing mesh or texture.

 

Also...are you using Bloom or HDR lighting? Bloom (which I use) can cause problems similar to that depicted, if used with certain graphics enhancement mods.

 

Your mod list and mine are so different, I'm afraid I don't have a lot of expereince with a number of the mods you are using; however, did you run B.O.S.S. to sort your load order?

 

Just the things that come to mind...I'm afraid...

Thanks for reply, I'm using HDR, yes.

I use OBMM and Wye Bash together. Primarily WB to install and sort. Yes I use BOSS all the time, and then TES4LodGen to sort LOD.

 

Maybe I need a compatability patch, something along those lines...

In essence, though, I have a bad case of mod soup and newbness! Still much to learn for me.

 

I think a reinstall is in order :confused:
