Sensitivity reduction in scope

I don't know if it's possible or not, but I'd like a mod that lowers the aim sensitivity while in-scope, because I have to play with somewhat-decent FPS and can't hit a target because my reticle jumps across the screen. It's kind of a downer to have to pause the game and have to lower the Mouse Sensitivity setting every time I try to snipe something, and them have to do it again when I start moving again. If this is at all possible, please please please please please someone do this, it would be amazing and awesome and beautiful!

I was thinking of the exact same thing just recently, and so would like to throw in that I too would love to see a mod like this happen. I find it easier to play using the Xbox 360 controller for the most part, but with the sensitivity at a level where I can still turn, hitting anything with a scoped weapon outside of VATS at any real range is almost impossible. Now, granted, yes, the mouse works perfectly... but, similarly to the OP, I'd rather not have to switch from the controller back to the mouse and keyboard every time I want to use a scope. (And, well, frankly, this is just another thing that should've been in the game in the first place... especially since VATS largely seems to have been nerfed in favor of iron sights. I feel sorry for the console players. >>)
