Office Building

I have barely any spare time to mod.....So I would like a mod that adds a large building (by large I mean more than 5 stories) to the game and has a living and breathing enviroment with plenty of NPC's. The Building would be an office building, with several other offices (Co worker offices) and a larger office for the boss (The courier). The layout could be something similar to:

1st floor- Lobby, restrooms, reception

2nd floor- Food Court, Restrooms, Janitor Closet, and a couple of Secretary Offices.

3rd floor- Casino, Restrooms, Manager Offices, VIP rooms, Security Room, and a Bar.

4th floor- an interrogation room (for thief's and people that count cards)(inside the room should have a counter with knives and melee weopons, silenced guns and a single chair with blood on the floor, and a hospital table) also on the 4th floor should be the camera room to watch the casino, restrooms, armory for security, and personal kitchen for security.

5th floor: Executive offices, Chief of Security office, Lobby, Library, Billiard room (Pool Table room with a bar) and a 5 star restraunt.

6th floor: Cheap hotel rooms, room service office, janitor office.

7th floor: Expensive rooms, Room service, janitor office, security offices, food court, Breakfast room, gym

8th floor: Executive rooms (Security patrolling this floor most of the time) Room Service, Mafia offices (instead of security), 2 star restraunt, a small computer room, a small meeting room, large gym

9th floor: (Guys in black suites patrolling 24/7) Presidential suite(only 1) Hi roller suite (only 2) room service, 4 star restraunt, a medium sized meeting room, medium gym

10th floor: The couriers office (two heavily armed guards in Black Pinstripe suites carrying silenced machine guns stand in front of double doors leading into the office) secretary office (this is the first room you see wen you get off the elevator) the couriers personal armory, an extremely large meeting room (with a fireplace), a 10 star restraunt, An extremly small casino

11th floor: The couriers personal penthouse (should have windows that let you see the strip, use the room that is in the lucky 38...not the presidential suite, but the room where you first encounter mr. House.

 

On the 10th floor when you get off the elevator you walk directly into the secretary office....there are some double doors on the other end of the room that lead to the couriers office.

 

I realize this would take a lot of work so Im not in a rush....but if you decide to work on this let me know so I can be anxious for it :D

I think a building with a whole bunch of floors is something missing from NV. Even something like the Lucky 38 has only a few areas the player can access. I really hope someone attempts this.
