LE Level up one at a time(if you accumulated more than one level up)

I want to be able to train skills between each level up from a trainer, but if you have more than one level up it prevents you from training in between each level up cause you've accumulated so many thus you can only get 2 training sessions off.

 

 

If you don't understand what im talking about lets say this.

 

 

you just start skyrim and u level up to level 2 BUT you dont level up by going into your skills and you continue to play over time you accumulate more and more xp thus making you level up more so you go from being level 1 to like 8.
