Doctor Helen Morgan aka Dr. Hell

Female Ghoul, former sociopathic doctor, who managed to make herself a ghoul to survive cancer, (no one is sure what she's doing outside her head quarters in Huston, where she runs a high tech domain,. weapons Kill Sat (archamedies II). sillenced 10mm pistol, lets just say she has the worst bedside manner in existance, may be using the player and followers for her own experiments. (Lifegiver, living anatomy, and other perks, power generation, can buiold sec, MF, and ECs over time.)

 

'Gorgo" as a pre-teen her home was attacked by the legion, they fought with improvised weapons, but were unable to defeat the superior numbers of the Legion, the adults were crucified, the chidlren were enslaved. Gorgo is a gladiator who wields a ball and chain weapon. Her services can be bought from her master. She seeks to prove herself, and show off her combat skills. beginning weapon and armour are a meteor hammer (Gogo Yubari from Kill Bill's weapon), and gladiator style metal armour (someone in the type 3 community will probably already have that in existance), (perks: combat based)

 

Madison 'Maddy' Graves (yes I know that this is stolen from a child ballad)

a child of the strip, stays in the vault 21 when not hanging out in a casino. a hitwoman who dreses nice, carries concealed weapons, enjoys good food and drink. comes with both Chertze la femme, and black widow, has a coustom .22 pistol called "Double Tap", wears large glasses, may come with her own potted plant. special ability getting free speach checks within the strips. (has been known to sell those she has killed for other factions to the Ultralix for disposal) (perks black widow, cherze la feme, professional,, pistol surgeon, better criticals, old world gormet)) (Just keep her supplied with good food and lots of booze)
