Control Mapping Problem

For some odd reason, the button for Change View keeps changing to "0", and when I press both zero on the numpad and at the top of the keyboard, it does nothing. It also does not work for the key "O." Whenever I change the key mapping to default it changes back after a few seconds It does the same when I assign the key "F" to it.

Please help
