Hello, this is my first post. I decided I wanted to mod my game and I'm having difficulties with a mod. It's this mod http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=34702

So I have WinRAR, and Fallout New Vegas Mod Manager. So then I went to Package manger found it there, it said I succcesfully activated and installed it. The problem is I don't know how to move the mod from the Package manager to the Fallout mod manager. I'm sorry if this is a really silly question or if it's in the wrong boards. Here's a picture of whats going on.

How did you open the fomod file? for instance did you first open FOMM and then open the packet manager? or did you double click on the fomod file?

Regardless first close FOMM and restart it, sometimes such is needed - if it still doesnt show up - deactivate it, remove it from fomm package manager and then open the .rar file for the fomod you dled, double click ont he fomod file and it should 'IT SHOULD' being the key word xD come up with a notification, asking if you want to copy the file to FOMM - press yes and it will copy the mod to FOMM, after that activate it and it should show up in the FOMM mod index.

Hope it helps =D

Thanks for trying to help. And I DLed the mod then extracted the files. Then opened the fallout new vegas mod manager, went to packet manger and hit activate. I did close FOMM and re-opened it it wasn't there. Then I did as you said with the double click to an copying for FOMM except there was no option for me to copy it to FOMM, it allowed me to open it with FOMM but it just went to the packet manager. Is there any walkthroughs for this or?

And thank you again for trying to help me out.

Well if your still having problems I'd say deactivate it, then extract it to say your desktop into a folder - then install the mod manually

if you dont know how to do that its pretty easy

Just go to your fallout NV main directory, open data folder - and with the stuff you extracted onto the desktop, move the mesh, textures folder into the data folder along with the .esm/esp file

then open the FOMM it should show up after that, tick it and dar done - then toggle archive invalidate, turn it on, then off then on again an leave it on.

Hey. I did deactivate the mod, and deleted the mod completly. I then re-downloaded it then extracted the files onto my desktop. Then I moved the textures and meshes folders along with the other folder it came with and all the files that weren't in a folder in the data folder for fallout new vegas. But there is no ESP file, all the files are .nif or dds. I then tried to activate it again while everything was in the FONV data folder and had the same problem as before. I've done the 3rd person centered mod, I could do that it was really easy and didn't require FOMM, and it had an esp file. I went through all the folder fo this mod and found no esp file. :(

Actually, you don't have a problem at all. Beware of Girl does not have an esp that needs to be moved anywhere. Once it is activated in the package manager, it is in the game. It consists entirely of meshes and textures so an esp is not needed.

However, your new body may have problems fitting into vanilla clothing as the clothing typically hides the body shape - in a game, the clothing usually REPLACES the body part it covers. Sothere s actually no body under the clothing. :whistling: Until the clothing is removed, then the body replaces the clothing.

Just don't expect any dramatic flash of change - BoG is a Body replacer, not a face replacer. It changes the shape of the vanilla body in subtle ways to make it more 'realistic'. The face will still look the same - until you also install a skin texture replacer which will affect the appearance of the skin on the face as well as the body.
