Nifskope: Copy part of mesh?

So this may just be a horribly stupid question, but is there any way to only copy a part of a mesh?

For example, copying only the left leg-part of an armor when the mesh covers both legs. Or is that just not possible in Nifskope?

 

Or do you have to use blender for this kind of stuff?

You have to use blender to break apart mesh blocks, nifskope can only deal with whole parts.
