Very simple weapon and item requests

First off, allow me to say that I cannot get the GECK to load on my new computer, and have tried everything I could to get it to work. A lot of this will sound incredibly simple, much like opening, changing stats, and saving, but some will be a wee bit tougher than that. Otherwise, I'm sure several, if not all, will be easy for those who know how to do it. Please keep in mind that I am unable to do these, as sad as it is, hence why I'm requesting someone with the ability to do so complete it.

Weapons:

1. Name: U.M.A.D., or Unauthorized Mojave Atmospheric Disruptor

Weapon Base: Pew Pew

Texture Changes: Star Cap knob be chanced to the Troll Face image (http://paradoxdgn.com/junk/avatars/trollface.jpg)

Weapon Changes: 15 Energy Cell per shot, Three beams instead of one (like Tri Beam Laser), shotgun-styled damage (all beams at once for max damage, one beam for least damage, etc), does not have to reload to expend ammo

Location: Carried by a fourth alien that's with the aliens from the "Wild Wasteland" trait, where one would get the alien blaster.

Repair: Laser Pistol

2. Name: Gentleman's Dashing Basher

Weapon Base: Boxing Gloves

Texture Change: Right glove changed to golden glove, left glove stays red.

Weapon Change: Increased damage from 1 to 10, attack speed slowed from 1.3 to 3.9 (three times longer between attacks)

Location: Random npc who appears at the Goodsprings Cemetary when you go to collect an ingredient for the tutorial quest. Wears non-faction formal wear and a tuxedo hat for added humor.

Repair: Boxing Gloves

3. Name: Hand Mounted Pyro Blaster

Weapon Base: Ballistic Fist

Texture Change: Metal parts recolored to be a dull red (if done through photoshop, it would be 67% saturation red with layer property being Color Burn at 80% layer opacity)

Weapon Change: Sets the target on fire, reduced damage from hits from 80 to 35

Location: In the building just behind Vulpes Inculta in Nipton, resting on the ground. (reason for this is because I added a ballistic fist to my inventory when those dogs killed me the first time. I like the fist, I like fire, and I hate mutant dogs. Perfect sense, right?)

Repair: Any fist weapons

4. Name: Aggressive Negotiations

Weapon Base: Chainsaw

Texture change: IF POSSIBLE, a port of the Auto Axe from Fallout 3: The Pitt. If that's not allowed, then a simple color swap to yellow from red.

Weapon Change: Chance to knock down an enemy on hit. Can be concealed like a silenced pistol.

Location: Sitting in front of Mr. House, free to take.

Repair: Chainsaw

EDIT: Found a mod for Auto Axes, I'm a derp

5. Name: Forever Alone

Weapon Base: Figaro

Texture Change: Add the "Forever Alone" face to the hilt. (http://knowyourmeme.com/system/icons/3619/original/Untitled-1.jpg?1288903617)

Weapon Change: Always causes crippling. If not possible, increased limb damage.

Location: Behind Doc Mitchell's house, on the ground. Three Straight Razors are far off from it, but in the general vicinity.

Repair: Switchblade

6. Name: The Jackhammer

Weapon Base: Riot Shotgun

Texture Change: none

Weapon Change: Fully Automatic.

Location: Behind the shooting range in Goodsprings where you learn how to shoot a rifle in the tutorial.

Repair: Riot Shotgun

EDIT: Found a mod for this too, just without the name.

7. Name: Nuka-Cola Laser Pistol

Weapon Base: Euclid's C-Finder

Texture Change: Green to Red, the logo in the gun's first person view changed to the Nuka-Cola logo (http://www.scootys.com/easy_capture/images/fallout3-nuka-cola.jpg)

Weapon Change: Fire a red laser like the laser pistol, using Energy Cells as ammo. Low damage for the novelty of it.

Location: Lucky 38, Penthouse, sitting on Mr. House's terminal.

Repair: Laser Pistol

Armor/Clothes: Note: These have minor model edit requests on them. Very minor, like cut and paste jobs.

1. Name: Second Place Champion's Hat

Base Item: Ball Cap with Glasses

Model Change: Remove glasses entirely.

Texture Change: Change cap to look like Ash' hat from the first few seasons of Pokemon. (http://archives.bulbagarden.net/media/upload/7/71/Anime_Ash.png) What can I say? I was into it for a time as a kid, and I still somewhat enjoy it.

Stat Change: 0 armor, +1 Luck

Location: Skeleton up on the Goodsprings Cemetery, in the fenced in area near the player's grave.

Repair: None, must be repaired by vendor

2. Name: Stylish Wastelander Wear

This is all I could really think of. Would be most appreciative if someone could make these :D

The Kindly One: (for those familiar with Greek mythology will know what this means) A female only wieldable weapon that automatically does extra damage to any male it's used against, perfect for taking down a certain beast, or well just about any other misogynistic folks, oh and while it still says center mass hit, it's really hitting somewhere the engine no longer allows you to target, (and I'm not refering to the eyes)

how was the geck not working? you did not try to run the FO3 geck did you?

I had uninstalled the FO3 geck prior since I stopped playing FO3, so I did not do that by accident. It simply loads the regular grey screen with all the buttons, then closes when I click the Data File button to load the data. I reinstalled multiple times, ran in safe mode, and even fresh installed FO:NV twice.

you should really start a thread asking for help getting the geck working, I am sure there has been others having this problem and you never know you just might resolve the problem. Most of these mods are very simple to make but you would need to get the geck working as well as nifskope and gimp (or other image editor) I would give some of these a shot but I already have about a dozen mods I am currently updating and about 5 others I am working on so my hands are full for at least a month. If you can get the geck working and still need help with nifskope or something just pm me and I will help guide you.
