SonDEreix
In my load order report it states CaliberX, NVSE Beta 7, and AWOP were not found. My game crashes to desktop before it gets to the main menu because I have mods that depend on those masters. I tried reinstalling said mods and NVSE, but FOMM still doesn't recognize them. What's going on here?
wektis
Never heard of that happening before, I'm sure you have but I'm going to ask.... ticked the box in FOMM next to CaliberX and AWOP? Or are you saying they simply don't appear in FOMM... or that FOMM doesn't open? Double check your installation file paths as well, that can't hurt. NVSE is a "silent" addition I guess is the easiest way to explain it, it wont appear in your load order but you start the game by selecting the "Launch NVSE" button to start the game once FOMM has loaded. Hope that helps. Wek.
SonDEreix
Okay, I just disabled every mod I had installed and the game still crashes to desktop. If it's not missing master files causing it, what else could it be?
bben46
If a file requires NVSE, and the game is not started with NVSE it may crash. Just disabling a mod does not remove it - unless you originally installed it with FOMM and then disabled it by removing the 'Package' installed by FOMM. If you do not have Steam, (stolen pirate version) NVSE, and a lot of mods will not work. And we cannot help you.

I had NVSE functioning and a lot of other mods working normally until yesterday. I quit playing for an hour or so, and when I went back to playing, the game started crashing to desktop. I didn't mess with the load order or install any new mods. FOMM suddenly can't detect AWOP and CaliberX in the load order. The 'Launch NVSE' button appears, but in the load order report it says "Book of Earache depends on CaliberX and NVSE, which were not found." I deactivated the packages of AWOP and CaliberX and removed the mods that require their master files, but the game still crashes before the main menu. bben46
I have book of earache and caliber, but not AWOP which is optional. I just ran for a few minutes with no problems. there are some other optional files, Lings.esm, Mo'.esm, several mo' esps that can or maybe must be used with earache which do you have? I have the Mo 'Sunny Companion and Mo 'Gals esps deactivated because I do not have Lings or use Sunny as a companion. My game was running perfectly with that setup and then mysteriously started crashing to desktop when I wanted to play again.
