Pronam
About half an hour ago they've started another court hearing. The outcome of that will decide will have to play royalties for the license, or that LG has to pay sony for the damage.
crimsonedge11
I have avoided updating my firmware on my PS3. I don't play games online anyway, so its not much of a loss for me, and updating games? Most of the times they nerf stuff, and small bug fixes, again, no big deal. But they are known for taking away features from the system with firmware updates. I have other OS installed on my PS3, so I can use it like a computer. This option was taken away with firmware updates. But it was my legal right to deny their firmware updates, and keep the features that they marketed the system as being able to do. And surprisingly it makes a good computer to surf the web with, along with some other features. Really a shame they took this away, most don't realize how good of a feature this is on a video game system, and would be seriously pissed if they really knew. Sony has a pattern screwing the consumer around every corner, so when it comes to their DRM, as far as I'm concerned, they can go blow goats.
