I always forget myself that you have to wait 30 minutes after downloading before you can endorse. I am waiting to see if I can get this set to 20 endorsements before upping new sets. Witholding updates or upgrades to a mod for endorsements is little better than blackmailing your fans. This is morally apprehensible, and will not be tolerated. Another warning about the matter will not be given and future violations of this rule by this member will result in removal of their work, and a ban from the site.
