On the other hand, voicing a whole conspiracy theory for No Bark, may be a problem, especially since he already has a ton of voiced lines which would sound in a different voice. The only suit color I know that hasn't been made is a pure (well it'd have to be grimy since anything clean in Fallout is ugly as hell) white suit, or a white fedora, since I wanted to remake Michael Jackson but I never found that suit from Smooth Criminal.
