What happened to my game?

I think I might have somehow broken the textures to my NV game, or at the very least some mods to it. Attached is a pic of the issue I'm having. This is with Dimonized Type 3 mod activated. Without Type 3, the default body looks normal EXCEPT when a modded piece of clothing is worn, especially if the butt is shown. I get that weird black underwear thing as well as some messed up textures on the rest of the body.

 

This started when I installed exeter's Type3 Body and Armor replacer. Before that everything was as it should look. After I installed it, and Dimonized on top of it, this happened. So I immediately deleted exeter's mod with no change. Since then I've done everything I know how to do. Deactivating/uninstalling every body and texture mod I have. I even deleted NV off my computer entirely, deleted the entire data folder where the mods are stored, then reinstalling everything. This issue appears then before Dimonized is even installed.

 

What have a I done to my game? Sorry if I haven't given enough details. I can give more if asked. Also, I used LOOT to order my mods and check for a conflicts, but I have no idea how to use FO3edit so I don't mess with it. Thanks for any help.

Did you use Archive Invalidation Invalidated?

Are you sure New Vegas is completely uninstalled? I would check the folder to make sure it's empty.

Did you use Mod Organizer to install your mods? Nexus Mod Manager sometimes leaves traces of the uninstalled mods in the New Vegas folder.
