Crashing on startup with bashed patch

While I have the bashed patch enabled the game crashes almost instantly when I start it up. I have tried looking into the problem, but I just cannot find a solution. Any help will be appreciated.

If it's only crashing when the bashed patch is activated but runs fine when it's not, when did you last change your load order, add or remove a plugin or masterfile in it? Did you also "recompile" the bashed patch after the last changes you did?

Over time the bashed patch becomes dependent on many plugins and masterfiles inside your load order whenever you recompile it. Removing a plugin or masterfile without recompiling the bashed patch afterwards can very well lead to a "missing master" error, i.e. the game crashing already before the main menu title screen.

I added a couple of mods today, updated the load order, and then rebuilt the bashed patch.

When I checked the masters of the bashed patch, all of the mods listed were present and activated. But I still had the same crashing problem.

You are missing a master file "Clocks of Cyrodiil" if I saw it correctly. You only have the compatibility patch between CoC and Better Cities. Also, iirc Cobl Races and OCO v2 cannot be used together unless you have a patch to make those work. There's a compatibility patch at nexus here: http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/45382/?tab=1&navtag=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.nexusmods.com%2Foblivion%2Fajax%2Fmoddescription%2F%3Fid%3D45382%26preview%3D&pUp=1

Edit: Nope I was wrong....it looks like you are using the integrated version for Better Cities.

See if any of the mods highlight in red. I would go from there. In a worst case scenario you might have to revert to vanilla and work from there. Fortunately you don't have too many mods loaded so it should not take too long.

Edit: Did you by any chance add a mod that changes the UI? Missing resources from UI tend to crash the game. I would check to make sure all mods have their proper masters.

Supposedly that Keychain mod leads to problems and is already integrated with most UI mods such as Darn, etc. Are there any boxes where the checkmarks or plus signs to the left of the mod's name in Wrye Bash any color other than green? If so point out which ones for us.
