Waters of Life glitch

Hey,

 

During the waters of life quest, I am having trouble with the "Escort the scientists into Project Purity" objective.

While 3 of the scientists follow me into project purity, Anna Holt keeps wandering around inside Jefferson memorial.

Nothing that I do seems to get her to go into project purity.

 

I've tried reloading and performing the quest multiple times, to no avail.

 

I've also attempted deactivating all my mods and running through the quest, but the same error occurs.

 

I was wondering if anybody knew a solution to this problem. Is there any console command that allows me to move

along to the the next objective?

 

This is my 3rd time playing through fallout 3 due to glitches, and I'd hate to restart the game and go through the same stuff all over again. Any help is appreciated.
