LE New house mod idea's?

I was thinking of a house that someone could possibly make lol i got a lil idea of one anyways but dont know how to make mod so :P if anyone knows how i can be a partner with em :3 im funny..... ok maybe not but im.... o,..,o a vampire? ya definitly a vampire lol but heres my half baked idea

 

so you start this house mod by going into a bar everyone's having fun n you see a guy (some loser wearing strange armor) making an announcement all drunk. he is spending his money willy nilly buying everyone drinks claiming to be "the lckiest man alive" at some point later he walks out of the bar than 3 bandits attack him trying to rob his corpse, there the dragonborn kills the bandits checking both the bandit and the drunkerds body, he finds 2 notes on both bodies. (bandits note) i would like to hire your miserable group to capture or kill my thieving servant, i'll also need you to retrieve a my fathers will and a amulet most likely will have these items on his body. the money i sent you should beenough to cover the expenses. i expect the items to be returned imidiatly,, i'll await your return with more money.

(drunkerd) My son if this letter reaches you. i have most likely died due to my lifes research into the deadra artifacts, though my search have been to no avail i endure great dangers in my travels. if these dangers defeats me i will give you my home far from the horrors of skyrim. the only company i enjoy is of my servants here in my castle who now serves you. know though they do not know you by face they will know the family amulet and the relic we discovered together (nordic ring that will be found in graves of drauger kings) this is my last goodbye my son (or daughter if your a girl) carry on my work for me (on the back is a map where the fathers house is marked) so now that you have these 2 options where you can either bring the things back to the son and you get a old mansion type deal, a followers, and alot of gold. Or go to a old ruin filled with draugers, werewolves staying in the cave pased, ghost appearing in the court. than a boss fight with 2 ghost dragons (no rooftop) ,6 or 8 drauger, n their king (using frostbreath n iceform) after that you take his ring and go to the castle with your new servants to have fun with and 3 possible followers (kinda like sheogoraths home with a summoning butler and alot of maids n entertainments lol)

i was also thinking you should have a high leveled speachcraft like 40 cause it revolves around a lot of lies (try the mansion path) you will have to lie to the son about who you are with choices choose wrong n you reload lol

 

than if you get it right he gives you a type of escort (not that kind you perves :/ lol) who leads you to the house there she wil ask like (by the way (bandits name) why did you really take this job i know it couldn't be just for the money) you'll get a few choices a (flirt) i simply just wanted the money to make a life maybe with someone close or someone i wanna get close to (greed) yes i dont need any other reason can i have my money now (honor) i just dont respect thieves so i did what was right.

 

that person (i'll just say she) will respond either impress or see through you disguise (fail) i dont think so i know your not the real (=====) he would never say that (she attacks and you take a map saying where the money is but you wont get the house)

 

(success) oh that's good because im... well.. i know your really dragonborn and.... i wanna join you. (how did you know im dragonborn) i was one of the first to climb the 7,000 steps when the greybeards called your name. they told me to leave but i stayed knowing i would be able to who. (why did you need to see me) because you dragonborn master of the way of the voice the hero of the prophacy i simply wanted a glance. but now i want more i want to join you on you adventures. ( what skills do you have) aside frome sneaking past the grey beards? i listen in when they talk about the shout and i've learned enough to be a fearsome warrior (you can use a shout) not completeky only able to use fus and ro also known as force and balance. the third word is still hard to learn. (after your done talking she shows you the house where the gold is and than says) you know this is the bosses old home never comes here anymore so i guess its yours. he gave it to me as a joke but with the right touches we can make this place livable maybe i'll stay here if its fixed up a bit. but i have a nice room there so i'll be there until than *laughs* if you want to really though if you do i can be asked to help in the repair of the house. i'll especially join you if you want company in you travels :3 (that would be great) great!! i'll head back to the bosses... unless (than u get the options of follower,repair, questions or anything else)

 

she can act as a type of steward where she will stay in the old mansion where you can refernish it by asking to buy sections of the house to be repaired or added (she will be asking questions about you as you travel depending on what you've done like thieves guilde or mages even the dlc quests like the things in solstiem or dawngaurd. plus she or he will slip up by saying stuff like (i remember when you were... i mean heard.. um nevermind) like a stalker type deal. she starts the battle with iorn/ebonyflesh and a flame cloak (100 alteration n 50 destruction) can use sword and shield and often shouts if she is below 40% health or something like that)

 

lol i think this would be just as good as having a castle with servants though....

(if you were to choose the castle path) the servant who died would have a journal that say's crucial facts about his master mainly he wrote down the things he needed to know to lie his way into the castle which you will use.

 

study the notes well than go to solitudes harbor there you will need to talk to Drake (redgaurd) the personal assistant of the father's he will ask for both the amulet and the ring along with a question or 2 (to make sure you didnt just skim through the story) he will take you onto the ship where you'll sail away.. through a portal to your destination. the first sight you'll see would be a waterfall, ontop would be your castle. leading down is a long flight of stairs to a beach and a harbor where a little town stays all the servants live there (in case your wondering i dont think the castle should be giant so it'll be bigger than the blue palace but not a jog from one room to another)

 

when you dock Drake will introduce you to Selvia the War Machine (girl nord) who was the old masters personal gaurd, saved from a dragon attack in helgen who has since served the father til death. she wont question you or try to suspect if your the real deal she will just go with it. she is loyal and will remain loyal just for him :3 she will show you the way up to the castle and once in she'll leave to go check on the wizard of the house. you'd look around n be like "damn nice collection" as you stare at priceless gems n other junk you'll probably sell for weed :3

 

after you look around you'd go to the wizards room where you'll see Selvia talking to Katherine the Eternal who will act drunk to selvia making her angry (Katherine: i dont see why its such a problem i can do my job perfectly fine drunk) Selvia: its a problem when you take a chunk of the castle out with a simple spell (ha its not my fault when words in these book dont make *hic* ... sense) they dont make sense because of the ale you spill on it. (not to mention that spell was complecated as well) that spell was a simple ward how do you make it blow up! (i can explain in detail how its works or should i finish finish this tankard of in a matter of seconds... i rather like the second idea) you are unbelievable!! *she looks at you saying* maybe now that your here you can do something about this woman

 

*than she storms out as katherne puts her tankard away calling her a nasty piece of pitbait turning to you* so who are you (sober voice) "im the new master of this castle since my father died" really are you sure about that? "what do you mean about that?" you can stop with the lie's boy i know you're a imposter. (you can either attack her or keep talking to her) "what makes you think that" oh you really dont know? im a vampire and one of the very few who knows who is the real inheritance. lucky for you i like you i rather hate the next in line. you made it this far meaning you must've killed the son and taken his identity? "no he is still alive" WHAT!? *some books fly off the shelf behind her* you daft idiot you dont leave evidence! *she calms down a bit as the books fly bk into the shelf* ok....that means we'll need to kill him ourselves than "ok" (you get to ask a few questions) "why are you the only one who knows im a imposter" im one of the few others know but since your here i guess they have other plans for you. also anyone who did is most likely dead or to old to remember "what do you mean" the last time anyone saw his son was a very long time ago. "but you seem very younge?" you really are daft im a vampire and been one for a hundred years "did he know about it" yes and i suspect that drake knows to though not openly. "why did you act like you were drunk?" i do not like selvia at all she just seems... needy.. ugh.. but she is funny when she wants to be so i tolerate her.

 

once your done you and her go to kill (im just gonna call him bill) you enter the house bill is in with several bandits talking to him asking about the leader who died. when they see you bill will walk up to you seeing the amulet asking where you got it. without hesitation katherine joins the conversation "you know your father really did love you" w... what? who are you "oh silly boy we're here to kill you ALL OF YOU!" than you have to take them all on except the thu'me girl she runs off to safety. (sorry cant bring myself to kill her :3 )

 

than you done n can do what you want. lol
