mindboggles Posted July 30, 2015 Share Posted July 30, 2015 Sometime back I created a skeleton as a race the sole purpose of which was that I could have skelatal bodies wearing playable armour and the player can grab it off the corpse and your left with a naked skeleton. Trouble is no matter what I do I can't seem to shift my skeleton race to use any other body part data other than the default body part data, which means if you shoot at the skeleton you can get limb gore effects plus blood spurt. Belthan Posted July 30, 2015 Share Posted July 30, 2015 I don't know of any way to do it at the race level, but you might be able to achieve the same effect by changing the Impact Material Type to Wood and disabling Blood Spray and Blood Decal on the Blood tab for each individual actor (I realize that may or may not be practical, depending on how many skeletons you have). Also, if dismembering the skeleton results in bloody stumps, you need to remove any MeatCap* blocks from the skeleton NIF. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
mindboggles Posted July 30, 2015 Author Share Posted July 30, 2015 Looks like I might be stuck on this one, I've already set those things and when you take to a living skeleton with the shotgun there's no blood effect.
