Takes 10 minutes to load from saves

As the title says it takes ten minutes for my game to load from a save.

It did not do this before in fact it suddenly started. One minute the loading was working fine the next it took ten minutes to load from a save.

In an attempt to fix the problem I deleted the game and reinstalled it, I removed possible mods that could be the problem with no luck, I even started a new game but that did not work.

Any Ideas what could be the reason why my game is not working as it should?

I know the game engine is the culprit but this is a problem that started out of the blue.

Are you using HiRez textures?

How many mods are you loading?

Maybe you are loading a bloated save. Can you load an earlier one?

I am using a lot of high res textures but that has never been a problem. I said before the problem showed up out of nowhere, I did not add a mod when it showed up and I have been removing mods since. it appeared with no effect.

I used the consul command "PCB which purges cell buffers and that did nothing.

I have purged ALL of my saves and started a new game. I have also disabled my auto-saving feature and used hard saves, in addition I am using fresh saves spaces and not overwriting. After the Goodsprings introduction the loading times from saves got longer and longer but the loading times doors/portals is surprisingly short (no more than 10 seconds, average ~4). I am almost certain that the problem stems from the save system itself but my efforts to remedy this (deleting the game from the hard drive and reinstalling it) came up short.

I am using various high resolution textures. They are as followed

Arenovalis Weapon Retexture Project

Detailed Normals - Texture Pack NV - Terrain Recreational Project

I have various armor and weapon mods that use high definition textures.

When I monitor the game's hardware requirements I get a use of up to 1.5gb of RAM( 1.2gb average)

Any ideas on how to remedy this problem?
