I want to place guard captains in cities that don't have them, but since I have not visited those cities in the game yet, I'm not entirely sure where it would make sense for a guard captain to reside. If you would like to help here's my original post I made in mod talk. I figured I'd also post here for people who might not frequent that subforum.@Moderators: I tried to find if it's allowed to link to other threads in this sub forums but couldn't find any rules as there were no stickies in this subforums.
