Orange fog effect in caves

Hello.

In Oblivion, I noticed this annoying orange fog effect in caves. I cannot find a mod or anything to get rid of the effect.

It makes seeing what's up ahead near impossible, and it breaks the immersion.

The OBSE plugins I have installed are MenuQue, Blockhead, Pluggy, and Oblivion Stutter Remover.
