CrayolaColours Posted March 7, 2011 Posted March 7, 2011 1. To clear up future confusion, I'm not English, the way they spell colour is amazing though, which is why it's spelled that way in my name. But I'm usually too lazy to spell it that way usually.2. Ironically enough, I hate drawing with crayons... crayola especially.3. If that wasn't the "proper use" of "ironic" feel free to point it out, just don't do the indie thing by yelling at me and calling me stupid for getting it wrong. lol4. Speaking of, I have nothing against indies or hipsters as long as they don't act better than everyone else. So, that's about it. :)
ub3rman123 Posted March 7, 2011 Posted March 7, 2011 That's actually the correct use of irony. The incorrect usage would be along the lines of "I ordered a fruit milkshake and they gave me a dead hamster! Isn't that ironic?". And welcome to the forums, by the way!
CrayolaColours Posted March 7, 2011 Author Posted March 7, 2011 Really? I figured, but I always get it confused. No matter how much it's explained to me. lol And thanks :)

And welcome to the forums, by the way!You mean people actually use the term like that? I need to hang out with people more. Anyhoo, welcome! Hope you stick around for a while. Man, it's been so long since I even touched Crayola crayons. Well, maybe not. Except I don't remember the last time I ate at one of those restaurants that give those out at the table. Eh. Color pencils FTW.
Odile Posted March 7, 2011 Posted March 7, 2011 Ya'll are lame--I have one of those huge boxes of crayons (the 90 pack? Maybe it's bigger?) and coloring books. I'm not even kidding. I have a hard time doing just one thing at a time, so if I'm watching TV or a movie, I'll either color or embroider napkins. :S So. Yay coloring! ...
