load order problem

Hello I currently have a load order issue with two mods mission mojave and nevada skies. I installed both of these mods in mod manager but they load in the wrong order i cannot change the load order due both being marked as master files. Is this a bug if so how do i fix it?

The two highlighted mods are out order but impossible to because are marked as masters.

Did you tried running LOOT for sorting your load order properly? LOOT is a good tool to manage load order conflict in general since BOSS is no use anymore.

Also, you should make sure that these two mods are compatible together by reading the Nexus page of both and looking for incompatibility.

 

On the other hand, I used to have a lot of trouble with Fallout Mod manager so I switched a long time ago to ModOrganizer which is really one of the best mod manager out there if you ask me. You could try and give it a try since you don't have that many mods to transfer from FOMM keep us posted about that!
