Stabilizing Skyrim

I have read many many guides, done many edits and such to my games ini files and all that jazz.

I do have skse, ssme, enboost, stable ugridstoload, safety loads. Things which should stabilize the game.

Currently however after upgrading from a laptops amd hd 6680+ gfx card to a desktop system with a gtx960 i have realized that maybe the slow graphics card was the reason for the stability i did have. The lag was just enough that it would freeze up momentarily to catch itself? Weird i know.

But the game has been CTD happy since the 960 was put in. Traveling by foot, and fast traveling to, many places causes the CTD. My game has roughly 180+ mods, i have merged many of my weapon and armour mods appropriately.

But aside from sic, obis, perma and helgen reborn nothing i have edits cells or people enough.

Does anyone have suggestions on this?

I will of course post up a load order and i wasnt sure where to post this, ots an issue but im also just wondering what others have done to stabilize their own games. I have seen people running 250+ mods with less issue than me.

I'd recommend adding back in Ugrids, Safety Load, and any other stability mod you used on your laptop, also modifying any enb ini helps aswell

and add this to your skse ini if it's not there
