Facebook Posted March 7, 2011 Posted March 7, 2011 Hi people, i've stopped playing for a long time because of my studies and looks like I won't be able to play for several years. I wrote down some mod names to download later. Do mods get deleted from time to time or they will stay (unless violating copyright rules or etc.) forever. Is it possible to find mods from 2006?
Lanceor Posted March 7, 2011 Posted March 7, 2011 Generally, mods don't get deleted. The ones that break rules are removed quickly of course, and occasionally, a mod author decides that they no longer want their mod downloaded. Other than that, even the ones from 2006 should still be available.

I've only ever had problems with mods where the author decided to withdraw them - luckily they have both made them available elsewhere but that's never guaranteed especially when one of them is a self-hosted site - the owner may decide to stop paying for bandwidth at any time.
