DDS Texture Settings

I've tried using these setting in Photoshop, saving my texture as a DDS:

 

DTX 5 or DTX 1

2D Texture

Generate MIP Maps - All

 

Looks good in GECK and NifSkope. When add an item with the texture in the game, it swaps the texture with the floor, no matter what model I apply it to.

 

 

Edit: SOLVED- ArchiveInvalidation Invalidated fixed my problem
