I had to create anew account today. For 3 months, I haven't been able to login as SnoozinSusan1 , which I've been for the last 2 years. Here's hoping this don't happen again.

I see another open account that was made in November 2012 under the name SnoozinSusan -- no number, just the plain name. If that's your account, too, may I give you some friendly advice to take care of getting yourself down to just one account as soon as you can? Because one account is all we're permitted here. I hope you get it sorted soon. :smile:

 

Have you seen this section of the Terms of Service? It will also tell you what you need to do.

 

One account per person

Members are only allowed to be in possession of one account on the site. Members caught using more than one account will be regarded as attempting to exploit or circumvent features on the site and will have both their accounts banned. Could it be, as Bess pointed out, that you are trying to log in with SnoozinSusan1, and not SnoozinSusan, which is the actual login?

 

Please let me know how it turns out. I see you are a supporter on your original account, so I gather it would be preferable to you to get that account back in your hands. :)
