Problem with adding an eye to a custom race.

So i'm using moonshadow race ,And i want to add this eye http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/48267/?

 

To my moonshadow race. However when i drag&drop the eye into my moonshadow race in GECK and saved it, it doesn't show up in the game.

 

So did i do something wrong here? my meshes and texture folder is in read only mode is it the problem?

 

I try disable UAC,Run as administrator but still no luck.
