lollox
Hi there. I started to play Oblivion from the start (no new installation but a new game). I have played without problems earlier, but in this new game, after installing some new mods and patches, I have encountered some texture issues. My new files: Unofficial patch New mods:Francesco's leveled creatures/itemsUnique Landscapes I have some other mods in my installation, but they have always worked fine. The problems started after installing the unofficial patch, Francesco's mods and the Unique landscapes mod. Here's two screenshots of my problem: http://img219.imageshack.us/img219/5887/oblivion201103090022184.jpg http://img87.imageshack.us/img87/1618/oblivion201103090024119.jpg As you can see, the textures in my character's helmet and eyes are gone. The textures are gone in my bow, too. And this is the very start of the game. I haven't explored the world yet, so I cannot say if there's some other texture problems as well. What can I do? Should I have to install my game again? Can I do something to repair those textures? I assume that my new mods (and unofficial patch) are the reason why my textures got so messed up because those mods included some new textures(?). I'm frustrated. Please, help me so I can play my new, improved Oblivion.
Maxine77
Curious.. did you also download Frans bsa archive also? (roughly 500mb) It's separate from the plugins folder. Ps: You should also post your whole load order, this is also caused by conflicts. Just yesterday i had some conflicting textures (one mod reading from another folder and one reading from the main folder) i removed one and it became normal :teehee:
Hemingwey
Post your load order, please. And do you use BOSS to sort your load order? If not, you should. And, do you use Archive Invalidation, through Wrye Bash or otherwise? If not, you should. And...what Maxine77 said... Regards, Hem
