The enemy and NPC makers on my Fallout 3 Compass won't show.

Hello. I started adding Mods for Fallout 3 a few days ago, and then the enemy/NPC's won't show up on my compass as red or green lines. They don't show up at all. Now I would like for them to be on again. But I don't know how to, and if it is a mod I installed, then I would like to know which one it is.

 

Please tell me how to fix it.

Pick just one of these (the one that corresponds to the number of songs you downloaded). I doubt that is causing the specific problem you are having though.

Do I just disable them and then that will fix it?

Oh and I did move the files from "Program Files" to "Games" in my computer, because I read somewhere where it said that your game should not be in program files.
