PLEASE HELP, my skyrim is not acepting new save data.

This is my problem: my skyrim is no longer acepting new save data, i was playing skyrim trying to reach level 80 by doing every quest posible, when i arrived at "reachwater rock" i decided to stop playing for a while so i closed the game for like 3 or 4 hours, whithin those 3 or 4 hours i started the Windows 10 installation, when the installation finished, i opened skyrim (S.K.S.E) (All DLC"s) normally and started playing, after finishing the dungeon i saved the game (as always) and quited the game for a while, then came back to play but i noticed none of the quick-saves and saves i made during my play time where there so i tried saving the game over and over but the save was stuck at "reachwater rock", so i tried with the other saved games i had, one in solstheim (wich had the same problem), and one in Solitude (wich again had the same problem (._.)), then i tried creating a new save but it didnt work (AGAIN (.-.)) so i thought i broke the game, my first supposition was that it was the mods fault so i started deleting some of them (i had 50, now i have 30), but it didnt work, so after thinking about it, my second supposition was that the installation of Windows 10 might have corrupted the save files, im still not able to fix this saving problem, Should i unistall the game and redownload it? (wich will delete everything i"ve done so far), or is there a way to fix this without loosing any saved file.

Check the save folder security settings.

 

See if Read & Write is allowed.

 

BECAUSE

if the reason it stops working is that you updated windows.

The fault lies in windows and not your mods.

 

Now just check if windows changes some privacy or security settings.

 

I haven't got windows 10 yet obviously because of these kind of problems.
