I think it would come under illusion but imagine being able to cast as spell that causes either A) the npc to commit hari kuri (awesome) or causing the target npc to claw their skin off (equally awesome). Just imagine when the spell wears off the npc is just a gory, bloody skeleton (think the werewolf mod that leaves bloody remains post feeding).
