Driftshade Refuge CTD

Hello,

 

In my current game, I have a very problematic bug: each time I try to enter Driftshade refuge during the Companions Guild Questline, the loading screen doesn't appear, and the game crashes.

 

As I have many mods installed, I suspect one of them should be the cause:

Would anyone have an idea of the bug origin, and possibly how to solve it ?

Well, I loaded an older save, and it went just fine. But I have the impression my game is becoming more and more instable; in the Nightcaller Temple, I had to do the same thing because I crashed always at the same moment, and now, I even have trouble loading save games (sometimes it works, and sometimes it just crashes).

 

Any idea what might be causing this ?
