What mode is causing the extremly low fps on my computer?

My fps is running at 20 fps and im on a high end computer(4790k intel and titan black,16gb ram) and my game is heavily modded so i guess a mod is causing it

Are you using FNv4GB? If not I think that might be the problem, otherwise try deactivate every mods that add new npc around the world (Repopulated Wasteland, Unlimited compagnion, AWOP) just to make sure these are not the one bringing down your fps. Also, do you have an ENB which could cause that problem?

it seems to fixed for now after enabling \bReplaceHeap
