FOMM Has Error

When i am trying to use FOMM, it has an error about some thing bad has really happened.

I have the latest NVSE and FOMM.

the crash dump file says this:

The process cannot access the file 'C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\fallout new vegas\Data\FalloutNV.esm' because it is being used by another process.

 

Please exit the other program, such as the game itself, or geck, or fnvedit which is using this file. Windows only allows one program permission to write to a file at one time.
