b5icepick Posted February 5, 2007 Posted February 5, 2007 I've searched through tutorials and can't for the life of me figure out how to add water levels above sea level in the CS (like a lake or pond up in the mountains). Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks!
Vagrant0 Posted February 6, 2007 Posted February 6, 2007 You can edit water height for the cell by right clicking on the cell. The main thing to keep in mind is that this affects the entire cell. This means that the water area has to be the lowest thing within the cell, no above ground swimming pools, it also means that the surface of the water is a square plane, which can occasionally poke through hillsides, or leave gaps in round ponds. Nearby cells only need to have the same waterlevel if the area of water you want is in that cell. Waterfalls and such are typically placed on the edges of cells so that there is that visible difference in height to make the whole system look more flexable than it really is. Blame Bethsoft for not taking another year of production to do some physiced water, or atleast make areas of water activator based.
TheFly Posted February 8, 2007 Posted February 8, 2007 why dont you just use Texians Static Water Meshes here is the link:http://elderscrolls.filefront.com/file/Tex...er_Meshes;74877
