COLDNz1991
I have no idea about voice files and Im not doing step by step or I might as well do it myself. If you have a specific question about a process someone might be able to help. If your serious about this then start small. Try picking a single actor in the game and try changing their language to the one you had in mind. I dont even know if every dialogue is in fact recorded in every language. Thanks. Laereal
As the Imperials are based off of the Romans, they probably should be speaking Latin. And despite that one guard sounding like Arnold Schwarzennger, the Nords do seem to be based off of the vikings, perhaps they should be speaking a Scandinavian language like Danish, Norwegian or Swedish. Male Khajiits sound like Antonio Banderas as Puss n' Boots in Shrek, so Spanish is the language I'd associate with it. cdcooley
I see three major technical problems with implementing this idea.Any one installation of the game is only going to have the voice files for a single language.Dialogue lines are grouped by voice type and the same voice type gets used by multiple races in many cases. What language would you use for the written notes, journals, and game subtitles? scrivener07
Again I am trying to figure out the why behind this idea?Because he wants to. He does not need to justify the why. The technical limitations should be the only thing to decide if this is created or not.

scrivener07
Have you managed to download the game in another localization yet? Whats inside the .bsa's? Is each localization fully voiced?
BigBizkit
Yeah, especially the Latin localization.
