removing elemental animation from weapons

Hi,

 

I was wondering if there is any way to get a rid of the elemental enchantments on weapons, particularly the lightning effect is making me dizzy and looks pretty silly imho with the lightings piercing the weilder all over his body. Perhaps some file can be removed to rectify that, even using toolset? I have winter forge installed, tried to apply the enchantment to newly forged weapon but the effect translated as well...

Keep in mind that that mod may or may not have affects on mods which have the vfx built directly into the model of the weapon. Such as Jojjo's weapons, or Rapture's Sabers. Dunno if it will or not, but just offering it up as a warning.

Guys i WANT the VFX for the weapons :/ but i enchantment a dagger for example, with a fire rune, and nothing happens!

just the same quiet dagger :/

and i Installed the Improved Atmosphere but i erased the VFX Remover folder so it should show the VFX -.-

Sometimes the VFX for weapons do disappear anyway - happens to me frequently that I'll randomly have VFX on my (and my companions') weapons.

 

I do NOT have VFX remover installed.

 

I personally don't care - I like the Frost effect, but the Electricity effect looks stupid and the Fire effect ruins the character's appearance.
