AngrypastySOB Posted March 13, 2011 Share Posted March 13, 2011 When playing new vegas, I thought it was kinda odd that the NCR patrol rangers didn't have a specialized piece of headgear like their Veteran counterparts, while digging around, I found this piece of concept art.
