yusukenl
Hi all, I am new to oblivion and having problem playing in the wildnessMy computer is using nvidia 6600 and with 512 RAM(I know it is kinda just met the requirement of the game)but I have set the virtual memory to 1500-2000 already, which I don't have much problem when playing indoor/ in city. When go to wildness wandering, I start crashing, and it came kinda suddenbut usually crash in the situation like in the middle of the fight or, enemy suddenly came out and I rotate my view in panic while my companion start moving out At the beginning I thought it is the video card or RAM problem, so I set the game into low quality. And went to some Tweak site to see how to set the ini file to make the game run better. But it just turn out a little bit better So, could someone point me out what I should do to fix the problem ? Guest Tessera
Wilderness areas are where the greatest amount of different graphics textures are present. If your computer is low on system RAM, video RAM and/or overall bus speed (for swapping textures to and from your hard drive), then a crash is very possible. Basically, it's a system overload.
