Hello Abbas

buddah is correct, that site and other sites which connect to it seem to be the only place to get this file officially. Good news, though! I felt sad hearing about your power problem causing you not to be able to get this overhaul you want so much, so I went to that site to look at the file and I believe almost all of the parts of it right are here on this site. There are a few changes it looks like the modder made which may not be included, but most of the pieces are here.

So I have two suggestions for you if you cannot download it from there because of your power failures. The first and easiest one involves the download manager problem. I do not know which browser you are using but recently I did try to download a file from there using IE and there was apparently some problem with their downloader conflicting with a recent Windows update. I couldn't download anything at all there. I went back later to see if that had been fixed, but this time I was using the Safari browser. I don't know why, but it used a completely different downloader. The one it used when I was on Safari you can pause so that should mean you can also continue if your power fails. I don't know why it used a different downloader, but if you have the Safari browser, maybe you can try this and see if it gives you that other downloader. I hope it was not just a temporary substitute because of the problem they were having.

If that does not work, you can probably get almost the same result by downloading each piece listed in the information for that file and using BOSS to tell you the load order and then Wrye Bash to put it all together. It is mostly a combination of mods by many different authors who also have those same files here, so there is no wrongdoing in just downloading the parts. :) You will not get the ini adjustments the person made but some of those are explained on the file description and you can do this yourself. There are instructions on this site for tweaking the game ini file. Don't use the default one. Use the one in your Games folder where your saves are. The files you download also have ini instructions for some of the features like darker nights for your weather mod.

These parts are all here:

QTP3 Redimised Reduced and a lot of other variations of smaller QTP files. Pick which you think would be best for your machine.

Bomret's Textures for Shivering Isles (if you have SI)

All Natural Weather (which comes with the lighting mod Real Lights mentioned in the file read me)

Enhanced Water v20 HDMI (has both regular and SI in one pack)

Natural Environments, only these two pieces are used so only use those two because the others would conflict with All Natural:

Natural Habitat

Natural Vegetation

(How to install only these two parts. You should use an OMOD, and the OMOD will ask you which parts you want to install. This script will help you make the OMOD

http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=10257)

Symphony of Violence

Animated Window Lighting System (AWLS)

Audia Arcanum, several soundfiles. I think if you search on Audia Arcanum you can figure out which of the collections these are or which you want.

Michikawa Extra MP3 Music Pack Complete. I don't know if the exact same music files are in that pack, but it is the same artist so I think it is likely.

I apologize that I did not link all files for you, but some of them have extra available so when you do a search you might want to look at addons and patches for them also. The OVOA 2.0 already patched them all. You will need to patch them yourself if there are patches.

I hope this helps you. Congratulations on your new computer!
